To night I am getting ready to go to bed, wake up and go workout for the first time during this life change I have come upon. I need to lose 160lbs for my health and to find out what I have been missing. I believe there is no secret to weight loss. Calories in need to be less then calories being used on a daily basis. I have also chosen to eat a meat and dairy free diet. I will go all into this more in-depth as I go further. For the most part I will let you know what is going on around me and what I have been doing.
